All products offered through our platform are digital learning guides delivered electronically, with access granted immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped, and nothing is mailed. Because of this, our refund and return policy differs from traditional policies that apply to physical products. Digital content, once delivered, cannot be “returned” in the conventional sense, since it cannot be handed back, deleted from personal devices in a verifiable way, or prevented from being copied. For this reason, refunds are limited to specific, clearly defined situations that involve technical, billing, or access-related issues. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Because digital materials can be stored and copied, once access is granted, the product is considered delivered, consumed, and non-returnable.

FaurFrame reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
